Recipies from Keith's Kitchen to Yours.

If you enjoy cooking as much as Keith does then you'll enjoy a few of his recipies.  Keith has provided a couple of his popular recipies for you to try.  These meals are very nutritious and taste delicious.  Enjoy!



Herbal Sweet Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients

1 ½            Chicken                               ½                 Bell Pepper                           1 Tbsp       Rice Vinegar

1 Tbsp       Canola Oil                           ½                 Yellow Bell Pepper                ¼ cup       White Wine

1 tsp          Poultry Seasoning              ½                 Orange bell Pepper               1 Tbsp       Lime Juice

1 tsp          Onion Powder                    ½                 Red Onion                               ¼ cup       Bitter Orange

1 tsp          Sweet Basil                       1 cup            Spinach                                  ½ Tbsp     Lemon Flavor

1 tsp          Granulated Garlic              1 ½ Cup        Sweet Potato                         1 Tbsp       Smart balance melted

1 tsp          Italian Seasoning               1 tsp             Italian Seasoning                  1 Tbsp       Florida Crystals Natural Sugar

                                                                                                                                 1 tsp         Cinnamon


Directions:

1.     Mix together rice vinegar, white wine, lime juice in small bowl.

2.     Mix together Bitter Orange, Lemon Flavor, melted smart Balance, crystal natural sugar 
     and cinnamon.

3.     Cook chicken in skillet until done about 20 minutes.

4.     Chop up vegetables and add to chicken.

5.     Add your herbs and dry ingredients and then add your liquid ingredients.

6.     Place sweet potatoes in pan with butter put in liquid which include the bitter orange
     mixture.

7.     Add dry ingredients and cook until tender.

8.     Place on serving dish and enjoy.



Cranberry Tilapia with Veggies

Ingredients

12 oz Tilapia                                    ¼ cup Rice Wine Vinegar                    1 Cup Spinach
½ cup Cranberries                             ½ Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar                    ½ Cup Yellow Bell Peppers
½ Tbsp Garlic                                   2 Tbsp Canola Oil                               ¼ cup Red Onion
½ Tbsp Onion Powder                      ¼ cup White Wine    
½ tsp Sweet Basil                                                         
 


Directions:

1.  Sauté tilapia in sauce pan with canola oil until brown.

2.  Add white wine, rice wine vinegar, garlic, union powder and cranberries and cook for a total
     time of 15 minutes.

3.  Add Tbsp of canola oil and add veggies, garlic powder Balsamic Vinegar and sauté for 5 more
     minutes.
